Nytol caplets contain the active ingredient diphenhydramine, which is a type of medicine called a sedating antihistamine. Diphenhydramine enters the brain in significant quantities and causes drowsiness. It decreases the time taken to fall asleep and increases the depth and quality of sleep. This makes it helpful for the temporary relief of sleeping difficulties.

	Contains 16 easy swallow caplets.

	Clinically proven night time sleep aid.

	For adults aged 16 and over.

	May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery.

	Dose: One caplet to be taken 20 mins before going to bed.
