1. Upon receipt of goods.
Upon receipt of your goods please check the packaging for any signs of damage. If you feel that the items have been damaged in transit then please email customercare@MyPharmacist.co.uk, including your name and contact details so that we can look into the matter.
Please note that in order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
2. Missing Items.
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all the packaging and the recieved goods against the invoice. If you are sure than an item is missing then please email our Customer Services Department at customercare@MyPharmacist.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order to investigate the problem please contact use within 2 working days of recieving your order.
3. Incorrect Items.
If you believe that you have recieved an item in error please do not open the items as we need to recieve it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department at customercare@MyPharmacist.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order to investigate the problem please contact use within 2 working days of recieving your order.
4. Item not required.
You may decide to return an item within two days of delivery if you decide that you no longer require the product. Due to the nature of the products we stock, the item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition to which it was delivered.
Please supply the original invoice (or a good quality copy) along with the returned product.
We will inspect all returns via our Customer Services Department and you will be informed of the outcome via email.
In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note that the refund will be made in the same manner as that which was originally paid for the order.
If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take several days for the credit to be acknowledged at your issusing bank. This is out of our control and we will process your credit as quickly as possible.

MyPharmacist is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you cannot find details to any of your queries here please e-mail us at customercare@MyPharmacist.co.uk .
Making a Purchase.
To find a product you are looking for, choose from the product categories under MyPharmacist Departments. Alternatively you can type a product name or medicine type into the search box located at the top of the page and select Find It. This will then find the products you are looking for and display them in a list. This is the quickest way of finding a required product.
Having found the items you are interested in, you are given a brief description of the products along with a picture and the price. You then have the option of clicking on the product to get a more detailed description.
After you have finished your selection, click on the relevant button to add the item to your basket. Alternatively you can e-mail the purchase information to a friend or add the item to your favourites for purchase at a later date (This requires that your browser is able to accept cookies)
The Shopping Basket Page.
Once you are at this page you may either go back and continue shopping, save the order for a later date, reload a previously saved order or continue with your order. Please check that your basket displays the correct items and the correct quantities.
If you are happy with your selection then click on the secure online ordering button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Security.
All the details that you enter are taken on our secure server. The details are encrypted (using 128 bit encryption) before they are sent through as code and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text on any web site. We do not store your credit card details on our server. Confidentiality and privacy of our customers and users of MyPharmacist web site is of great importance to us. We fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, so none of the information that you provide for us will be passed onto any third party.
Final Stage.
You will receive an email or fax order confirmation. Please check that these details are correct. If they appear to be incorrect please email us to inform us of any discrepancies.
